Terms of use

Terms for using InjuryIndex.

Effective July 16, 2026. These terms govern access to the InjuryIndex directory, lawyer accounts, consultation tools, and subscriptions.

Informational platform

InjuryIndex is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation, or guarantees about any attorney or legal outcome. Directory information may be incomplete or change over time. Users should independently verify licensing, discipline, experience, and suitability.

No attorney-client relationship

Browsing InjuryIndex or sending a consultation request does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship can arise only through a separate agreement between a lawyer and client.

Lawyer profiles

Lawyers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ethical compliance of profile and marketing content. Testimonials and case results must include required disclosures and must not create unjustified expectations.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew at the interval selected until canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. Canceling stops future renewal and access continues through the paid term, unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Acceptable use

Users may not submit false identities, scrape or resell directory data, interfere with service security, send unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, or use the platform in violation of professional-conduct or privacy rules.
